摘要
海尔集团海外投资的特点表现为品牌战略意图、先难后易路径、“本土化”经营特点、收益平衡点标准、“为我所用”原则,总结其付出的战略成本和得到的战略收益,以及在成本和收益比较中所作出的现实选择,可从政府、企业、资产三个不同角度推进海尔海外投资。
The characteristics of Haier's overseas investment includs the intentions of brand strategy, the ways of difficulty prior to simple, the features of indigenization management, the standards of benefit equilibrium points and the principles of internalization, summarizing that Haier's strategic costs and benefits, and the practical choice based on the comparison between these two elements; would push Haier's overseas investment from the support of government, enterprise and fund.
