论大学生社会实践的激励模式

On the motivated model of undergraduatess’ocial practice

社会实践已成为大学生思想政治教育的重要环节,成为大学生素质拓展的重要途径。如何扩大社会实践的主体范围,提高大学生社会实践的积极性,形成长期有效的社会实践激励机制,是当前亟待解决的重大问题。文章在揭示激励过程的基础上,利用相关激励理论,建立了大学生社会实践模式,最后对这一模式进行了理论阐述和实践应用。

Social practice has been the most important part of the ideological and political education to undergraduates and the important way to develop the qualities of them. At the present, there are emergency questions： how to enlarge the practice numbers, how to raise students＇ enthusiasm, how to form an effective social practice motivation. Firstly, the article reveals the implication of motivation; secondly, using some motivation theories makes up the social practice motivation of undergraduates; at last, the article explains it in theory and practice.
