气加压摇架的特性分析

Performance Analysis of Pneumatic Cradle

针对整体气囊间接加压式气动摇架存在的不足,分析比较了两种气加压摇架的结构形式、施压及调压功能,从压力的一致性、半释压功能、无极调压功能、集体调压功能、平行度水平及纺纱实践几个方面详细分析了独立气囊直接加压式气动摇架的特性,指出该摇架在施压和调压功能及纺纱质量上优于整体气囊间接加压式气动摇架,是今后气动摇架的发展方向。

As to the inadequate points of the integrated air-bagged indirect pneumatic cradle,analysis is done to the structure,way of pressurizing and pressure adjustment while performance analysis is done to the integrated air-bagged direct pneumatic cradle regarding the conformity of pressure, function of semi-pressure releasing,stepless pressure adjustment, integrated pressure adjustment, level of paralellism and spinning practice. Conclusion is made that the direct pneumatic pressure is superior to the indirect pneumatic pressure in pressure and pressure adjustment as well as spinning quality.
