针对某重磅型喷水织机织造化纤隐曲格织物启动时出现开车密档织疵的问题,运用虚拟仪器技术所开发的织机送经量测试系统,对开车密档织疵的原因进行了测试和分析;并在此基础上对该机的启动特性进行了相应的技术改造,在改善和消除开车密档方面取得了良好的效果。

As to the thick bar on the hidden latticed synthtic fabric produced with heavy water-jet loom, a let-off system is developed using virtual instrumental technology for testing and analysis of thick bar and start performance of the loom is modified hence with a considerabl effect removing thick bar.
