摘要
在分析路面产生水损害过程的基础上,研制了能模拟路面材料冲刷过程的试验设备,并利用该设备进行了9种基层材料配比设计的冲刷试验,得到了冲刷次数和冲刷深度的关系,提出了半刚性基层抗冲刷试验指标,分析了基层抗刷能力的影响因素。
On the basis of analyzing the pavement' s water damage, a new type of laboratory apparatus that can simulate the process of material' s erosion is developed. Through this apparatus, nine kinds of base material are tested with different proportion. Then the relationship between the washing times and the erosion depth is obtained. The anti-erosion test indexes of semi-rigid base are proposed. And the factors that influence the material's anti-erosion capacity are analyzed. These results would be of good guidance for the composition design of the base material.
