针对土木建筑类工程管理专业，提出了创新教育的内涵和目前存在的主要问题，强调要突出土木工程技术特色，强化学生的人文素质，通过教学观念的创新、教学内容的创新、教育环境和氛围的创新以及教育师资队伍的创新来实现创新教育。

The scope that project management subject involves is extremely widespread. The thesis aims at the specialty of the Project Management in civil engineering, proposing the connotation of the education and the main question existing at present, emphasizing that we must highlight the civil engineering technology characteristic, and strengthen student＇ s humanities quality, it could realize the innovation education through the teaching concept innovation, the curriculum innovation, the education environment and the atmosphere innovation as well as the teachers troop innovation.
