高校依托企业的资源和环境开展实践教育是提高人才培养质量的重要举措。在市场经济条件下，校企之间存在着非对称的资源依赖和潜在的利益交换关系，为此，必须在政府的协调下建立起校企合作关系，才能实现高校的实践教育在企业扎根和企业的经营得到高校的智力支持。

In the market economy, there exists asymmetrical resource dependence and underlying interest exchange between colleges and universities and enterprises. Thus, it is obligatory to establish the university - enterprise cooperation under the government＇ s coordination so that the university＇ s practical education can take root in the enterprise and the enterprise＇ s management can have university＇ s intelligence support.
