Fully Implement the Duties of the Discipline Inspection Organs According to the Party Constitution ＆ Ensure and Promote the Party＇s Ability to Be in Power

纪检机关在党的执政能力建设中，肩负着特殊而重要的责任。文章深入分析了党章赋予纪检机关的各项职责，以及履行这些职责对保证和促进党的执政能力的提高的重大意义。着重论述了在全面履行党章赋予的职责中，纪检机关应当把握和处理好指导思想、领导体制和工作机制、惩防体系、工作格局、理论和实践创新、队伍建设等六大问题。

It is the Discipline Inspection Organs who shoulder special and important responsibilities during the construction of the Party＇s ability to be in power. These responsibilities are statutory and mainly conferred on the Party Constitution for the Discipline Inspection Organs. It is significant to implement these responsibilities in order to ensure and promote the Party＇s ability to be in power. This paper mainly discusses that the Discipline Inspection Organs should grasp and handle the following six major issues, such as： the guiding ideology, leadership system and working mechanism, punishment and prevention system, working pattern, theoretical and practical innovation and the building of the contingent when full implements the duties entrusted by the Party Constitution.
