认真学习《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干问题的决定》，以文件精神为理论指导，总结了对构建社会主义和谐社会和建设和谐校园的初步体会，在进一步明确了构建社会主义和谐社会的重要性、必要性及其指导思想和目标任务的基础上，对高校大力推进和谐校园建设的重要性、紧迫性和必须坚持的正确方向有了更深的认识。

As a lading cadre at grass - roots level in Party organization and a worker engaging in Party Affairs in college, the author, by carefully studying Decisions by Central Committee of CPC on How to Build a Harmonious Socialist Society and implementing the document spirit, tentatively summarizes her initial understanding of building a harmonious socialist society and harmonious campuses, and then reviews Party committee＇ s work that has been done in recent years under the guidance of the scientific concept of development and people - oriented principle. After having a clear knowledge about the significance and necessity of building a harmonious socialist society as well as its guiding ideology, objectives and tasks, the author gains further understanding about the significance and urgency as well as the correct direction of vigorously promoting the construction of harmonious campuses, and indicates her determination in adhering to promoting harmonious development of campuses under the guidance of people - oriented principle.
