摘要
从人事代理制度的基本内涵及目前高校实行人事代理制度的现状入手,探析了阻碍高校人事代理制度推广和深化的原因,并提出了相关对策。
Beginning with the basic contents of personnel agency system and the recent situation of implementing it in colleges and universities at persent, the reasons why the spread and development of personal agency system in colleges and universities are hindered are discussed, and relative solutions are put forward.
