以32015X/P4、32017X/P4、32018X/P4为例进行试验对比,根据某机床使用情况,对轻系列P4的圆锥滚子轴承从生产制造方面和安装使用方面可能产生的异常声进行综合分析,指出提高精度、降低噪声的改进措施。

Tests have been made by comparation among bearings of 32015X/P4, 32017X/P4, and 32018X/P4, Based on the application of some machine tools, the abnormal sound of the extra light series P4 tapered roller bearings was analyzed, which may be from manufacture or mount. The measures of improving accuracy and reducing noise level have been given.
