摘要
分析1998年来药品降价政策颁发的社会背景、历次降价政策的针对性以及政策颁发后的效果、各方评价。根据分析结果,针对我国实际情况,提出联合医疗机构、医疗保险制度以及药品流通体制的"三医联改",完善药品审批制度,共同控制药品价格虚高的对策。
This thesis attempts to analyze the social background, pertinences and effect of the policies about declining prices for pharmaceutical from 1998. Through the result of analysis, we put forth some measures, such as tripartite system reform and improvement of drug approval system and joint control policy for the false high prices of the medicine.
