With the booming development of technology in the 21st century, there should be not only the people who grasp the advanced technology, but also the modern equipment for medical education and research. Enforcing the management of equipment is very important to keep the equipment in smooth running, improve the efficiency of the employment of equipment and keep them in good condition. So establishing a set of management system has already be- come an essential part in the teaching and research activities in medical colleges and universities.
