摘要
用高温X射线粉末衍射技术在298K^773K的温度范围内研究了新金属间化合物YAl0.27Ge2的热膨胀特征,测定了化合物的相关平均热膨胀系数.数据表明,该化合物的热膨胀特征是各向异性的.
The thermal expansion characteristic of a new ternary compound YAl0.27Ge2 has been stndied in the temperature range 298K-773K by the high temperature X-ray powder diffraction(HTXRD). The thermal expansion coefficients aa, ab, ac and av of a new ternary compound YAl0.27 Ge2 has been determined. The data indicate that the thermal expansion characteristic of a new compound YAl0.27Ge2 is anisotropic.
