Case Study of Knowledge Management and Excitation Mechanism for High-tech of Private Enterprise in Mianyang

本文从实证的角度,以绵阳两家典型的民营高科技企业为例,通过对企业的知识管理激励机制现状的调查分析研究,归纳总结了绵阳民营企业知识管理的现状与问题,为发挥知识管理的作用,推动科学技术创新,实现绵阳民营企业持续稳定的发展奠定基础。

In this paper, based on a survey, the authors have analyzed the current situation and problems of the knowledge management and excitation mechanism in two typical private high - tech enterprises in Mianyang. By using the way of demonstration, the authors aim to find out ways to make a better use of knowledge management and excitation mechanism to promote a sustainable development of private enterprises.
