摘要
饭店管理专业是我国改革开放以后在高校逐步开设的新型应用型专业,饭店管理专业教育作为一种应用性和市场性的专业教育,如何把专业教育与饭店业的发展需求相结合,立足于市场,树立市场观念,培养饭店业真正需要的综合型、知识型的复合性人才,是值得进一步研究的问题。本文结合饭店业发展的状况,从饭店管理教育的国际化、高专业化、高职能化等角度,对饭店管理专业教育的发展提出一些自己的看法,以希望为饭店管理专业教育的提升尽一点微薄之力。
Hotel Management is an applied course offered by many universities. As far as the course construeis concerned, there are so many things to do, such as how to meet the needs of the market, set food in the market, form ideas for the market to cultivate wellqualified graduates for the hotel industry. In this article, the author has put forward some thoughts about the course construction of Hotel Management.
