摘要
地方教师培训管理有效性是指县级教师培训管理主体期望的经过培训计划、实施、检查、总结,达到预期目标或结果的满意度。本文通过对S县教师培训管理有效性的访问调查,对其有效性现状与影响进行分析,有针对性地提出了解决地方教师培训管理有效性差的对策:首先,要转变教师培训管理的观念;其次,改革教师培训运行机制,建立教师职业培训技能体系(课程体系)和职业道德体系(职业修养体系),再次,制定教师培训管理有效性制度体系(评价制度、责任制度、激励制度);最后,营造出教师培训管理的氛围文化,建立高等学校、教师进修学校、基层学校教师培训共同体,旨在开发教师培训资源,协调关系,从而初步构建出适合地方教育发展规律的有效的教师培训管理模式。
The management efficiency of teachers'further educational training at the county level refers to the extent to which the training goals have been realized after the training plan has been carried, checked and summarized. Based on a survey, this article has first analyzed the current situation of the management efficiency of teachers'further education training in a so called S county and then the author has put forward ways for improvement.
