简述H型钢生产工艺的发展历程,着重描述1-3轧机布置形式是现代新型的一种生产工艺布置,具有生产效率高、运行费用低等优点,可节约大量初期工程投资,并具有开发控轧控冷技术的可能性,是一种较为先进合理的工艺布置形式。同时提出了该种布置形式的精轧辊磨损问题需要进一步研究解决。

This paper describes the developmental history of H beam production and emphatically expounds that 1-3 mill layout is a modem process layout which has many advantages such as high production efficiency,low production cost,less initial investment, and possibility of TMCP. Meanwhile, the issue of abrasion of finishing rolls should be further investigated.
