This paper analyzes the present situation of the marshalling yard in Laiwu Steel Group, aimed at the deficient capacity at present and the steel product warehouse＇s moving, the marshalling yard was reformed into a one-level two-yard switchyard, effectively solving the tension caused by the arrival of materials and departure of products and lifting its arrival and departure capacity.
