莱钢1000m^3高炉大煤比烟煤混喷技术应用

摘要 高炉在高煤比的前提下进行烟煤混喷,能有效提高煤粉的燃烧率,是炼铁降低成本的有效手段。莱钢1000m^3高炉通过精料技术和探索合理的操作制度,优化喷煤控制参数,进行烟煤混喷试验,在烟煤和无烟煤比例达到4:6,煤比维持在180kg/t,高炉保持了稳产高产。 Soft coal mixed injection under the precondition of high coal ratio can effectively enhance pulverized coal's combustion rate in blast furnace, as an effective means of reducing cost. Through high grade burden technique and probe into rational operation system, optimizing coal injection control parameters, experimenting on soft coal mixed injections, the 1000 m^3 blast furnace in Laigang maintains steady and high productivity with the ratio of soft coal and anthracite at 4: 6, coal ratio being 180 kg/t.
