浇注料在莱钢1080m^3高炉铁沟上的应用

摘要 莱钢炼铁厂银山前区2×1080m^3高炉于2005年底相继投产,炉前主沟为半浇注、半捣打料混合主沟。随着高炉各项技术经济指标稳步提升,出铁量增加,出铁沟侵蚀较为严重,尤其是出铁时无法实现集中除尘,除尘效果较差,不能满足公司节能减排循环经济的相关要求,利用2^#1080m^3高炉年修时间对该高炉东出铁场主沟及流铁沟、渣沟进行整体浇注改造。 The two 1080-m^3 blast furnaces in the Ironworks successively went into operation at the end of 2005, the frontside main runner being of semi-pouring, semi-ramming mix. With the steady upgrading of the blast furnaces' every eco-tech index, iron tapping increase, the iron runners were eroded severely, especially during the time of iron tapping when it's impossible to centrally dedust, so they cannot satisfy the requirements in energy-saving and emission reducing and circular economy put forth by the group. In order to alleviate the labor strength of furnace operators , prolong the service life of the runner linings, meet the requirements for the furnaces' strengthened production, an integral pouring reform was carried out on the main runner and the slag trough of the east iron casthouse of the No. 2 1080-m^3 blast furnace during its annual overhaul.
