An Algorithm of Timing and Carrier Frequency Acquisition for Inbound Satellite Communications System

摘要 在卫星通信中,需要快速、高效地对接收信号的位定时和载波初始相位信息进行估计。针对MC-S-ALOHA卫星入路由信号的特点,给出了一种基于前导序列的定时同步和载波同步算法,该算法仅需要一个训练符号,既用于定时恢复,也用于载波频率捕获,额外开销量小,因此,该算法适合于突发模式的MC-S-ALOHA网络传输系统。仿真结果表明,该算法也能快速地实现定时和频率捕获,捕获的频率范围较宽,而且实现结构简单。 In satellite communications system it is important to acquire the symbol timing and carrier phase offset rapidly. This paper presents an algorithm of symbol timing and carrier phase offset acquisition for OQPSK. Only one t raining symbol is used for symbol timing recovery and carrier frequency acquisition, the overhead is small, and so the proposed method is suitable for burst multi-carrier slotted ALOHA satellite network transmission system. Simulations show that the proposed algorithm can estimate the timing offset and carrier frequency offset quickly, and has wide frequency acquisition bandwidth, and is easy to realize.
