天竺葵白化叶绿岛的解剖结构分析 被引量:2

摘要 植物叶斑体系由两种或者两种以上基因型细胞组成的特殊的植物组织结构,在园艺植物发育研究和提高观赏植物经济性方面具有十分重要的意义。以银边马蹄纹天竺葵Ms.Pollock白化叶新鲜组织为材料,观察和分析切片中绿色和白色体细胞的分布情况,以探索白化叶绿岛的形成机理。研究表明,白化叶绿岛现象是由表皮层绿色细胞易位形成的,即绿色的表皮细胞代替了白色的栅栏层细胞,形成一小段绿色的栅栏层,从而形成绿斑,即绿岛。 Plant variegation and chimera are specific constitutions consisting of two and more different genetic cells. They have economic and scientific importance for horticulture as well as for the study of plant development. In this paper, the fresh tissues of the plant Pelargonium zonal Ms Pollock are investigated for mechanism of the formation of green island on the albino leaf. Results shows that the green island on the albino leaf is produced by cell translocation, not by transposon.
