本文通过对市场各个渠道的实地考察和对企业、行业协会、奶类专家等访谈,对中国2006年的液态奶市场进行研究分析。文章对酸奶、酸奶饮品和调味奶市场的消费情况、地区差异和零售渠道等进行了重点分析。希望对中国液态奶的发展起到一定的作用。

The paper focused on the analysis of the Consumption, regional differences and retail channels about the Drinking Yoghurt, other liquid cultured milk and flavored milk.
