摘要
结合Hofstede的组织文化维度理论。笔者对知识进行了重新分类。在此基础上,提出了控制性文化、模糊性文化、鼓舞性文化和培育性文化等四种基于知识特性的组织文化模式。笔者还分析了不同组织文化模式之间的转化及培育,并做了具体案例分析。
Combined with Hofstede's theory of organizational culture dimension, the author re-classifies knowledge. On this ba- sis, this paper puts forward four different kinds of organizational culture patterns. That is, controlled culture, fuzzy culture, inspiring culture and cultivated culture. Besides, it also analyzes the transformation and cultivation among the four different patterns with concrete case studies.
