摘要
按需激励是管理者做好激励工作的首要原则,但如何准确地理解和把握员工之所“需”,对于跨文化管理中的员工激励工作显得尤为关键和富有挑战性。本文基于对主要的内容型激励理论在跨文化语境中的修正,使其经局部修正后在不同的文化语境中能取得较好的激励效果,真正使管理者在管理实践中对“按需激励”的“需”做到胸有成竹,有的放矢。
The basic focus of the managerial motivation is to grasp employees' leading needs. How to understand accurately and deal with the employee's needs is very essential and challenging work across cultures. Based on the perspective of the modified content-motivtion theory, this paper expounds the employees' needs in the context of various cultures and puts forward some efficient measures and concerning policies to make the managerial work well.
