摘要
研究6种不同溶剂对日本野漆蜡的萃取率、白度值、熔点和化学特征值的影响.结果表明,溶剂种类对日本野漆蜡萃取率和白度值具显著性影响,但对熔点和化学特征值影响较小.试验得出石油醚(30-60℃)是漆蜡萃取的最佳溶剂,浸提温度低,时间短,漆蜡萃取率高,产品白度值高、色泽好,操作过程安全.
This article makes a study of the effects of six different solvents on lacquer wax extraction of the Japanese Rhus succedanea,concerning the rate of extraction,the albedo value,melting point and chemical characteristics.The result indicates that different solvents have significant effects on the rate of lacquer wax extraction and the albedo value of the Japanese Rhus succedanea but not obvious effects on the melting point and chemical characteristics.The experiment comes to the conclusion that the petroleum ether(30~60℃) is the optical menstruum to the urushi wax extraction because the digestion temperature is low,extraction time is short,rate of extraction is high,lacquer wax's albedo value is high,luster is good and finally,the operation process is safe.
