对富拉尔基发电总厂S36.50型风扇磨煤机打击轮运行中存在打击板、前盘、后盘等磨损问题进行了分析,提出了改进打击板型线、改变打击板布置角度和加装前盘热风吹抚装置等措施,节省了大量更换设备费用。

The paper analyzed abrasion problems of breaker plate, front plate and rear plate during its operation, and proposed improving such measures as modifying molded lines of breaker plate, adjusting layout angle of breaker plate and installing additional device to heat front plate softly, which can save large amount of expense to replace them.
