摘要 采用建立数学模型的方法在鼓泡浆态床反应器体系中讨论了传质对费托合成反应行为的影响。通过改变传质系数定性探讨了费托合成反应体系传质控制和动力学控制,并给出了其三维示意图。在传质控制区,重点讨论了传质的变化对费托合成反应产物分布的影响。结果表明,在传质控制区,传质增强,产物烯烷比增大,甲烷选择性降低。传质增强,将促进重组分的生成。 A mathematic model was established to discuss ettects ot mass Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in slurry bubble column reactor. The mass transfer limited and the kinetics limited were influenced by mass transfer coefficient, and the relationship among of the mass transfer limited, the kinetics limited and mass transfer coefficient was obtained. The effects of mass transfer on product distribution were investigated. The results showed that the ratio of olefin to paraffin and higher hydrocarbon increased and the selectivity of CH4 decreased as well as mass transfer enhanced.
