文章对世界各国农业普遍存在的弱质性特征和我国农业的弱势性特征进行了分析,并在此基础上提出支持我国农业发展的途径是建设现代农业,具体包括大力发展农业保险、健全和完善农业投入与保护体系、夯实农业生产基础和提高农业生产主体素质等.

Agricultural fragibility was different from agricultural inferiority. On the basis of distinguishing the former and the later exactly, agricultural frangibility in the world and agricultural inferiority in our country was discussed in detail in the thesis. On this foundation, the conclusion was gotten that constructing modem agriculture was an approach of supporting agriculture, e.g. developing agricultural insurance, constructing agricultural input system, perfecting protection system, tamping agricultural production basis and enhancing agricultural production subject quality, etc.
