小檗碱对HeLa细胞黏附和移动作用的体外实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究小檗碱体外对HeLa细胞黏附和移动的作用及机制。方法5、20、40mg/L小檗碱作用于HeLa细胞,黏附实验检测细胞黏附率,划痕损伤实验检测迁移率,流式细胞术测定MMP2、TIMP2的表达。结果HeLa细胞黏附率、迁移率明显降低,随药物浓度增大作用增强,小檗碱处理组MMP2阳性表达细胞减少,TIMP2阳性表达细胞增多,MMP2/TIMP2比值下降。结论小檗碱体外能抑制HeLa细胞黏附与转移,其机制可能与直接抑制细胞迁移运动及抑制细胞MMP2蛋白表达,促进TIMP2蛋白表达有关。
