北京市项目社区男性生殖健康状况的调查

An investigation on the current status on the male reproductive health and family planning in Beijing communities.

目的调查北京市项目社区男性计划生育生殖健康的现状,为政府和主管部门关注男性生殖健康和加强开展社区计划生育生殖健康服务的决策提供依据。方法采用意向性、抽样典型调查方法,对项目社区806位男性生殖健康状况及相关知识进行问卷调查。结果806位男性中,对艾滋病相关知识了解程度显示,回答正确率户籍为本市者高于外地为87%-97%。对于性交传播艾滋病的问题,年龄〈25岁组回答正确率仅有55.9%。关于预防艾滋病的知识调查显示,回答使用避孕套可防止艾滋病者达到75.6%,而回答防止共用针头者仅占14.1%。年龄〈45岁组男性性生活满意度为58.3%,年龄〈45组为41.7%。对配偶更年期等问题调查显示男性对配偶关心不够。结论社区男性对生殖健康知识了解匮乏,对于预防艾滋病相关知识有比较广泛的了解,随着年龄的降低,回答正确率有下降的趋势。绝大多数男性均有规律性生活,但是性生活满意度低。研究提示,政府应加强对于男性生殖健康的关注,加强科普宣传工作,更好的发挥社区医疗卫生机构的作用。

Objective： The survey on the current condition of male reproductive health and family planning in Beijing item communities aims to provide authorities concerned with the basis to make family planning and reproductive health decisions as well as to raise the awareness of caring about male reproductive health.Methods： The survey of 806 men in item communities has been conducted by intentioned spot check with such questions as marriage,birthplace,education,income,contraception,sexual life,the knowledge of AIDS,AIDS prevention,the attitudes to AIDS patients,male climacteric and their spouse menopause being raised.Results： The investigation to the knowledge of male reproductive health shows that the correct response rate is low.When asked about the information on AIDS,the correct response rate of people from Beijingis 87%~97%,higher than that from else where.Only 55.9% of those below 25 years old give correct answer to the question of AIDS can be infected through Sexual intercourses.The investigation to the knowledge of AIDS prevention shows that 75.6% replying AIDS would be protected with a condom,but only 14.1% replying avoid needle-sharing.The sexual satisfaction rate in the male is 58.3% in the group below 45 years old,and 41.7% above 45 years old.The survey shows that men do not take good care of their spouse as much as expected.Conclusion： That men lack knowledge on reproductive health,but all that about the prevention of AIDS is relatively widespread.Nonetheless the younger they are,the less correct answers they could give.The vast majority of men have regular sexual life,but the degree of satisfaction to sexual life is low.The study suggests that government should pay close attention to male reproductive health,strengthen the effort to make the issue widely known,and reinforce the role of local medical organizations in the communities.
