沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体感染与稽留流产的关系

Relationship between chlamydiatrachomatis and ureaplasma and missed abortion in pregnant women.

目的探讨生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)解脲支原体(UU)感染与稽留流产的关系。方法应用免疫金标法、培养法对148例稽留流产病人(观察组)进行CT、UU的检测,并以150例正常妊娠妇女作为对照(对照组)。结果观察组CT、UU以及CT+UU混合感染阳性率分别为20.95%、33.11%、10.14%;对照组分别为5.33%、8.67%、2.67%,两组CT、UU以及CT+UU混合感染阳性率比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(UU)感染与稽留流产关系密切,是造成稽留流产病因之一。

Objective：To investigate the relationship between the infections of Chlamydiatrachomatis（CT） and Ureaplasmaurealyticum（UU） in the genital tract and the occurrence of th Missed abortion in pregnant women.Methods：Immunochromatography method、cultivation method were used to detect the CT and UU infection in 148 Missed abortion patients,another 150 normal pregnant women were servedas controls.Results：In the patients group,the positiverate of CT,UU and both was 20.95%,33.11%,and 10.14%in the abortion group,And 5.33%,8.67% and 2.67% in the control,respectively.The difference of the positiverate between the two groups was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：CT and UU infections in the genital duct are compact associated with Missed abortion and are one of the causes of Missed abortion in pregnant women.
