选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)被广泛用于治疗抑郁症及其相关疾病,近年来,其安全性受到关注,尤其是其与自杀的相关性研究逐渐增多,SSRIs在自杀预防和控制中扮演的角色已成为一个重要的公共卫生问题。美国FDA警告抗抑郁药物能增加儿童、青少年患者以及18～24岁人群自杀观念、自杀情绪和自杀行为风险。迄今为止,SSRIs与一些患者自杀是否有因果关系仍存在争议。现对这方面研究进展进行综述。

The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors（SSRIs） have been widely used to treat major depressive disorder and other associated mental diseases in the world. In recent years, its safety is regarded, especially the studies on the association between SSRIs and suicide become more and more,so the role SSRIs play in preventing and controlling suicide has been an important public health problem. US Food and Drug Administration has warned that SSRIs may increase the risk of suicidal thinking, feeling and behavior in children,adolescents and adults 18 to 24 years of age. Hitherto,there has been a controversy about the possibility that SSRIs might induce suicidality in some patients. This review presents the recent advance on the aspect.
