摘要
目的:建立小儿金丹片中橙皮苷、牛蒡苷的含量测定方法。方法:Diamonsil-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(45:55);检测波长为284nm;进样量为10μL;柱温为室温;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:橙皮苷对照品在0.12~1.08μg范围内,进样量与峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.2%;牛蒡苷对照品在0.16~1.44μg范围内,进样量与峰面积间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.9%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin and arctiin in Xiaoer Jindan Plan.Methods:The seperation was performed on a Diamonsil-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)at 25℃. The mobile phase was methanol-water(45:55)at the flow rate of 0.1 mL·min^-1.The UV detection wavelength was 284 nm.Results:Hesperidin showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.12~1.08μg(r=0.9999).The aver- age recovery was 99.2%.Arctiin showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.16~1.44μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.9%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and good reproducible.It can be applied to the determination of hesperidin and arctiin in Xiaoer Jindan Plan.
