利用负载平衡原理，从编程技巧入手较为详细地讨论了工作站资源与网络传输资源之间的负载平衡问题，并就如何充分发挥网络资源优势，提高网络的效率和实用性以及减少冲突的可能性进行了分析，我们所论述的问题业已进行实验验证模拟和将结论用于实际应用。

On the basis of the load-balancing principle and programming technology,this paper gives a detailed account of the load-balancingproblem arising between workstation resources and network transmission resources, and analyzes the possibility of improving network efficiency and practicability and redcing and practicability and reducing accessing colllision by giving fuul play to theadvantages of network resources.The problems discussed here have been tested and simulated,and the subsequentconcluxions put into practice.
