基于DEA方法的我国高星级酒店效率研究

Research of High-star Hotel Efficiency Using Data Envelopment Analysis

酒店效率问题是酒店实现经济效益的核心问题之一,学术界对酒店效率的研究却较少。近两年来,全国各地掀起高星级酒店投资热潮,而学术界对高星级酒店效率的研究则是空白。本文使用DEA方法的CCR、BCC、NIRS基本模型,以我国八大地区的四、五星级酒店为例,计算其技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率及分析了规模报酬的变化,并对结果进行定性分析得出相关启示,期望对我国高星级酒店的投资发展有所帮助。

Even if the efficieney is one of the eore problems that the hotels deal with, there is a few reseaehes on hotel efficieney, espeeially on high-star hotel. During the past two years, there is a upsurge of investment in the higl-star hotel all over the country, and the high - star hotel＇ s economie efficieney is diffenert for the diffenert economy development in places. With the data of The Yearbook of China Tourism Statistics of 2006, this paper calculated the high-star hotel＇ s TE, PTE, SE of the Eight provinces of our country and analysed the returns to scale by using the CCR ,BCC,NIRS models of DEA method ,gaining the corresponding quartitative analysis for the result and hoping to be helpful for the high-star hotels development.
