摘要
株洲国脉家园高层住宅1#和5#栋为配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构。1#地上17层,高51.5m。5#栋地上19层,地下2层,层高2.9m,建筑物室外地坪至屋面和上人楼梯间板顶的高度分别为55.1m和60.3m,该栋楼为目前国内最高的配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构高层房屋。本文主要介绍这两栋高层住宅建筑的设计施工情况,并与同时施工的另外三栋钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构房屋进行对比分析。分析结果表明,配筋砌块砌体剪力墙结构高层房屋在诸多方面具有明显的优势。
No1 and No5 apartment buildings of Zhuzhou Guomai Residential Quarter are of reinforced block shear wall structure. No1 building is of 17 levels of floor with 51.5m in height and No5 building is of 19 levels of floor above ground and 2 levels of basement with 60.3m in height above ground. No5 building is the highest building of reinforced block shear wall structure in China so far. In this paper, the design and construction of the two buildings are introduced and compared with the other three high-rise buildings of reinforced concrete shear wall structure that were constructed in the same project at the same time. The analysis verifies a lot of advantages of reinforced block shear wall structure.
