蒸压砂加气混凝土自保温体系应用与研究 被引量:1

摘要 用防护热箱法测定蒸压砂加气混凝土保温砌块主墙体传热系数,对采用蒸压砂加气混凝土砌块外墙自保温体系的钢筋混凝土结构建筑物外墙平均传热系数和热惰性指标进行计算。结果表明:梁、柱、剪力墙等热桥部位占外墙总面积不大于30.1%,则满足K≤1.5、D≥3.0的要求;外墙热桥部位采用15mm玻化中空微珠防火保温砂浆处理后,梁、柱、剪力墙等热桥部位占外墙总面积不大于33.8%,则满足K≤1.0、D≥2.5的要求。 The thermal conductivity of wall made of autoclaved sand aerated concrete block was tested and thus the average heat conductivity and thermal inertia of the external wall of steel-concrete structure made of self-thermal-insulation system were also calculated. The results reveal that the requirement of K≤1.5 and D≥3.0 can be satisfied if the area of thermal bridge places account for no more than 30.1% of total area of external wall, and also the requirement of K≤1.0 and D≥2.5 can be satisfied if the area of thermal bridge places account for no more than 33.8% of total area of external wall after the thermal bridges were coated with fire-proof and thermal insulation mortar of 15mm hollow glass beads.
