摘要
分析了图书馆面临的竞争与挑战,以及图书馆读者服务需求的变化,从而得出了图书馆信息服务的创新不仅必要,而且十分急迫的结论;最后提出了服务创新的具体办法。
The author analyzed the competition and challeges faced by libraries and the changes in reader service, and concluded that the innovation of information service in libraries is necessary and urgent. The concrete methods of information service innovation are put forward.
