摘要
简要介绍了ISO 9000国际标准在国内外图书馆应用的现状,总结了图书馆成功引入ISO 9000标准,有效提高图书馆质量管理水平的做法;并提出ISO 9000认证时应该注意的几个问题。
This paper describes the status quo of application of ISO 9000 in libraries at broad and home. Introduction of ISO 9000 into libraries of China has improved their quality management. The author points out some suggestions for resolving the problems in authentication of ISO 9000.
