摘要
目的评价多层螺旋CT及三维重建成像技术在肿瘤所致肠梗阻中的诊断价值。方法应用多层螺旋CT对患者进行容积扫描,对26例经手术证实肿瘤所致肠梗阻CT表现及三维重建成像(MPR、CPR、MIP、SSD)进行分析,并与手术病理进行对照研究。结果螺旋CT对肿瘤所致肠梗阻的定位诊断和定性诊断正确率分别为100%、96.20%。结论多层螺旋CT及MPR、CPR、MIP、SSD三维重建成像技术对肿瘤所致肠梗阻的定性、定位诊断具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To discuss the role of spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction (3D) techniques in diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by neoplasm. Methods Twenty-six patients with intestinal obstruction caused by neoplasms underwent volume scanning using multi-slice spiral CT, and the results were compared with that of surgical operation and pathology. Results The accurate rate of localized and qualitative diagnosis of intestinal obstruction by neoplasms was 100% and 96.20%, respectively. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT and 3D reconstruction techniques have important clinical value in localized and qualitative diagnosis of intestinal obstruction caused by neoplasms.
