摘要
我们把激光能量当作线状移动热源,分析了激光深穿透焊接的热循环,并由此导出焊缝深度与焊缝宽度之乘积随焊接速度的变化。
we take the laser beam energy as a line heat source to analyze the temperature field distribution T={(p/hν) /[2(π εcρt ) 1/2 ]}exp[- y 2/(4 αt )] of the deep penetration laser welding,and emphasized the relation Bh= 2/(π e)(1/ cρT m)(p/v) of the welding speed v ,and the depth B and width h of the welded seam.The experimental results show that the theoretical analysis are well agreement with practical operation.
