摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展和科学技术的不断进步,社会对供电电能质量的要求已经越来越高,传统的技术手段已经不能很好地适应这一需要,另外,进一步提高电网经济运行水平也要求研究采用新技术。"配电变压器运行控制与管理系统"将现代通信、网络和计算机技术应用与有载调压配变、无功自动补偿装置应用相结合,大大提高了配网电压质量和经济运行水平。阐述了该系统的结构、工作原理、主要功能以及实际应用效果。
Along with the unceasing development and progress of the economy and technologies, the society has brought forward higher and higher requirements to the electricity's quality of the power supply system. Nowadays, traditional technologies and methods can no longer meet this need very well, and improving the economical operating level of the electricity network should be kept on. Therefore new technologies should be adopted. The distribution transformer operating control and management system is introduced in this article combining the modern communication, networks and computer technologies with the technologies of voltage adjustment distribution with load and the application of the automatic reactive power compensation equipment. It can greatly improve the voltage quality and the economical operating level of the distribution network. The structure, working principles, main functions and the effect of the practical application about this system is elaborated.
