摘要
针对多数文献对LLC谐振电路工作原理阐述的不够详细和贴近实际,详细阐述了LLC谐振电路的工作原理。该拓扑采用固定死区的互补调频控制方式,利用变压器的漏感和励磁电感,通过与谐振电容产生谐振,实现零电压开关(ZVS)。结果表明,LLC谐振变换器具有转换效率高、EMI小等诸多优点,更适合开关电源的高频化和高效率的要求。
For many papers do not expound the operating principle of LLC resonant converter detailedly and practically, this paper expounds it in detail. This converter works with fixed dead-time and variable frequency control. The converter utilizes leakage and magnetizing inductance of a transformer, which are resonant with the resonant capacitor, and ZVS can be achieved. The result indicates that the LLC resonant converter has many advantages, such as the efficiency is higher and the EMI is lower. Following the developing trend towards high frequency andhigh efficiency, it is more suitable.
