侧向成型塑料注射模具教学模型的研制

摘要 教学中,在一定条件下建立物理模型可用于处理某些实际问题,这些在抓住主要因素忽略次要因素建立起来的物理模型能具体、形象、生动、深刻地反映事物的本质和主流,能够提高学生理解和接受新知识的能力,让学生将复杂问题简单化、明了化。在模具教学过程中也如此,一副完整的模具模型,能够让学生生动的了解模具的具体结构,加深对模具形象思维的认识,对模具结构和其各部分功能,以及装配有更深刻的了解。因此,这些教学模具模型在教学中有着广泛的用途和应用前景。 本文采用UG(CAD功能)设计了一侧向分型注塑模具的三维模型,并运用Mastercam(CAM功能)进行自动NC编程,完成加工代码。从实用及经济的角度,采用PVC板材,在西门子802C数控铣床上完成了该模具模型各零部件的全部加工过程。 In teaching, physical model can be uscd for dealing with some practical problems under certain condition, these physical model which gripe the main factor and neglect the side factor can vividly and deeply reflect the nature of the object, also it can increase students ability of understand and accept new knowledge and simply the complex problems, so does in the course of mould teaching. In teaching, a full suite of mould model, can let students understand the structure of the mould clearly, strengthen iconic thought of the mould , and deeply understand the structure of the mould , assemble and its function of every part . So, the mould models have widely use in the teaching. By using UG (CAD function) modeling technology, one mould which have parting from lateral side was designed, also, the NC code and programs was automatically generated by Mastercam (CAM function). On the point of practical and economic factors, PVC plates was used as base materials in the mould model. The mould model was finished by use the numerically controlled milling machine (Siemens 802C) .
