摘要 目的:引入平衡记分卡实施护理人员绩效考评,提高护理核心竞争力。方法:设计各层次护理人员平衡记分卡综合素质考评标准,实施平衡记分卡护理人员量化考评,将护理人员的收入与平衡记分卡绩效考评紧密结合。结果:平衡记分卡护理人员绩效考评能对护理人员进行较为科学、客观的评价,体现护理管理的合理性、科学性。结论:平衡记分卡护理人员综合绩效考评使护理人员有了危机感,护理人员的服务态度得到改善,顾客满意度、护理人员创新能力、工作效率、工作质量明显提高。 Objective: The study aimed to examine the effect of using the balanced score card in nursing performance evaluation, which would be helpful for nursing competition. Method: The balanced score card was designed for different levels of nurses, which provided the standard to measure the comprehensive quality of nurses and quality of their work. A link between the nurse’s salary and the nursing performance evaluation recorded in the balanced score card were built. Results: The balanced score card, which showed the rationality and scientific aspect of nursing management, could provide a scientific and objective evaluation on nursing performance. Conclusion: The quality of the nursing service, the satisfaction of the clients, the innovation of the nurses and the work efficiency were improved through evaluating nursing performance with the balanced score card.
