摘要
提出了一种从全电视信号到CIF格式转换的方法。这种方法使用了乒乓结构和查表形式,在这种结构的基础上可以扩展出汉字叠加以及高清晰度图文等功能。还对其中一些可以采用多种方法实现的部分作了实验和比较。对于QCIF、MPEG-1的SIF以及MPEG-2中的多种格式只需作很少的改动就能适用。因此可以广泛地应用于数字电视会议、数字监视和数字视盘等系统中。文中所描述的方法已实际用于多个系统,具有很强的稳定性和可靠性。
In this paper a method is proposed by the authors for the conversion from composite video signal into CIF format.Ping pong structure and look up table is used in this method.On the basis of this structure,it can be extended to provide such functions as Chinese character insertion and high definition teletext.Experiments and comparison are made to those parts that can be implemented with alternative means.This method can be applied to QCIF,SIF of MPEG 1 and various formats in MPEG 2 with a little modification.Therefore,it can be widely used in such systems as digital video conferencing,digital monitor and digital video CD.The method descibed in this paper is already used in practical systems with very good reliability and stability.
