摘要
能源资源与经济发展在地域上的逆向分布,决定了我国能源的大规模、远距离输送不可避免。我国煤炭资源主要分布在西部、北部的晋陕宁蒙新等煤炭产区,在这些地区建设大型煤电基地并送电到中东部负荷中心是实现全国范围内资源优化配置的重要途径。而在这些主要的煤炭产区建设燃煤电厂将受到资源与环保的限制。综合了煤炭产区煤炭资源、水资源、环保等因素,分析了主要煤炭产区燃煤电厂可建设的最大规模,结合当地的电力需求,分析了主要煤炭产区的电力外送能力。研究表明,到2020年七大煤炭产区煤电外送能力可以达到2.8亿kW。
The inconsistency between energy resources distribution and economic development make it inevitable to transmit energy in large scale and long distance in China. The coal resources are rich in the west and north such as Shanxi, Shan'xi, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang. It is important for the optimized resources distribution to construct large coal-power bases in these regions and transport power to the eastern areas. However, the construction of coal-fired power plants was restricted by the resource and environment in coal-bases. Considering coal resources, water resources, environment protection and local power demand, the available scale of coal-fired power plants and transportation capacity in the main coal bases were analyzed. According to the research, the transportation capability of seven coal bases was expected to reach 0.28 billion kW in 2020.
