脱硫机组取消旁路烟道的技术经济分析

Technical and economic analysis on cancelling bypass gas duct in wet-FGD installations

针对目前脱硫设施运行投运率低、SO2排放不减反增的情况,从旁路烟道的作用、现有脱硫装置运行现状出发,提出了取消旁路烟道的思路,并对取消旁路烟道后对发电机组和脱硫装置的影响及需采取的措施进行了分析。从电力行业的技术能力和生产管理能力角度看,取消旁路烟道是可行的,但从现阶段实际情况看,还需要一个过渡阶段,逐步实现脱硫装置与发电机组在项目建设和生产管理方面达到同等的标准和水平。

In view of the problems in FGD installations, such as low availability and increased SO2 emission, the function of bypass gas duct and the operation conditions of existing FGD equipment were introduced. The bypass gas duct was proposed to be cancelled; in addition, the influence on power unit and FGD operation was analyzed. It is feasible for the cancelling of bypass duct from the points of technical and management capacity of power industry. Considering the present situations, there＇s still a transitional stage to gradually realize the balance between construction and management of FGD installations and power generation units.
